What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Kindred Home Care, your role will be to work directly in our clients homes and provide professional, patient-centered care and truly make a difference in our clients' lives:

Elevate Health Outcomes: Your direct, one-on-one care, including comprehensive assessments, medication management, and specialized procedures, will ensure our clients receive the focused attention they need to maintain and improve their health at home.
Cultivate Trusting Connections: By working closely with clients and their families, you will build meaningful relationships, becoming a consistent and reliable healthcare partner in their journey.
Promote Independence and Dignity: Through personalized care and assistance, you will help clients manage chronic conditions and daily needs, empowering them to live with greater autonomy in the comfort of their own homes.
Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: Your accurate documentation and collaboration with the RN, interdisciplinary team, and physician will ensure a cohesive and effective care plan for every client.

What You’ll Need

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licence in New Brunswick
Valid Criminal/Vulnerable Sector Check
Department of Social Development background check
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Access to a phone, email, and internet
Reliable transportation
