Rejoignez l'équipe du showroom du groupe Mark Motors en tant que préposé au parc automobile. À ce poste, vous serez chargé de gérer la circulation des véhicules, de veiller à ce que le parc soit toujours impeccablement rangé et de contribuer à l'aspect général de nos locaux, tout en respectant les normes d'excellence qui caractérisent notre marque.

Description des taches

Réceptionner les véhicules neufs ou usagés, effectuer une inspection sommaire pour identifier tout dommage ou vol potentiel et préparer le rapport au besoin.
Recevoir les véhicules lors de la descente du camion du constructeur ou lors d’un échange.
Stationner les véhicules dans la cour selon les critères de la concession et assurer leur déploiement optimal (cour et salle de montre).
Vérifier que les véhicules sont en état d’être vendus : propreté, charge, rotation du stock, conformité aux listes de contrôle.
Entretenir l’apparence des véhicules en cours et en salle de montre (nettoyage régulier, déneigement au besoin).
Coordonner la salle de montre : entrée et sortie des unités, propreté des véhicules et des espaces.
Effectuer les vérifications de préparation avant livraison et disposer les véhicules prêts à livrer selon les standards de la concession.
Soutenir le service pendant les périodes de pointe (8 h à 9 h 30) en déplaçant les véhicules des clients.
Laver les véhicules des clients sur demande (MBG).
Assurer le suivi avec l’esthétique pour les lavages ou retouches nécessaires.

Exigences:

Sens de l'organisation, autonomie et souci du travail bien fait.
Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer les priorités.
Permis de conduire valide (classe 5)

Type de poste : Temps plein, 40 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi

Join the Mark Motors Group showroom team as a lot attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vehicle traffic, ensuring that the lot is always tidy, and contributing to the overall appearance of our premises, all while upholding the standards of excellence that define our brand.

Job Description

Receive new or used vehicles, perform a preliminary inspection to identify any potential damage or theft, and prepare a report as needed.
Receive vehicles when they arrive via the manufacturer’s truck or during a trade-in.
Park vehicles in the lot according to dealership standards and ensure optimal placement (lot and showroom).
Verify that vehicles are in sale-ready condition: cleanliness, inventory, stock rotation, and compliance with checklists.
Maintain the appearance of vehicles on the lot and in the showroom (regular cleaning, snow removal as needed).
Coordinate the showroom: vehicle entry and exit, cleanliness of vehicles and spaces.
Perform pre-delivery checks and arrange vehicles ready for delivery according to dealership standards.
Support the service department during peak periods (8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.) by moving customer vehicles.
Wash customer vehicles upon request (MBG).
Follow up with the detailing department regarding any necessary washes or touch-ups.

Requirements:

Organizational skills, independence, and a commitment to excellence.
Ability to work in a team and manage priorities.
Valid driver’s license (Class 5)

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
