Le candidat idéal possède une solide expérience dans l'industrie alimentaire, notamment en cuisine (préparation de pizzas, sous-marins, pâtes, etc.) et en préparation des aliments. Vous jouerez un rôle vital dans la livraison de repas de haute qualité et d'un service exceptionnel à nos clients.

Responsabilités

Préparer et cuisiner une variété d'articles du menu selon les recettes et les normes établies. Servir les clients de manière courtoise et efficace. Veiller à ce que toutes les pratiques de manipulation des aliments respectent les règlements de santé et de sécurité. Maintenir la propreté et l'organisation de la cuisine et des salles à manger. Aider à la préparation des repas, y compris hacher, trancher et assembler les ingrédients. Surveiller les niveaux de stock des provisions alimentaires et signaler toute pénurie à la direction. Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe pour offrir un excellent service à la clientèle pendant les périodes d'affluence. Suivre tous les protocoles de salubrité des aliments pour assurer la santé et la sécurité du personnel et des clients.

Compétences

Une expérience avérée dans un environnement de restaurant ou de cuisine est un atout. Solide connaissance des techniques de préparation des aliments et des méthodes de cuisson. Familiarité avec les normes et les règlements en matière de salubrité des aliments. Excellentes compétences en communication pour interagir efficacement avec les membres de l'équipe et les clients. Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement au rythme rapide tout en maintenant le souci du détail. Solides compétences organisationnelles pour gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément. Job Summary

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.

Skills
