Overview

Join our dynamic veterinary team as a Veterinary Assistant, Receptionist, and Technician! This multifaceted role offers an exciting opportunity to combine compassionate animal care with exceptional client service. You'll play a vital part in ensuring our furry patients receive top-quality treatment while providing a welcoming experience for pet owners. We value energetic, detail-oriented individuals eager to make a positive impact in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Duties

Assist veterinarians with animal examinations, treatments, and procedures to ensure smooth clinic operations
Prepare examination rooms and surgical areas, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for procedures
Handle client interactions at the front desk, including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and answering inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Collect and record patient histories, vital signs, and laboratory samples accurately to support diagnosis and treatment plans
Maintain laboratory equipment and perform basic laboratory tests; laboratory experience is highly valued to ensure precise results
Educate pet owners on post-treatment care, medication administration, and preventive health measures
Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring medication levels

Qualifications

Prior experience in a veterinary setting or laboratory environment is preferred; laboratory experience is especially beneficial
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients and team members
Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail
Comfortable handling animals of various sizes and temperaments with compassion and confidence
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving clinic protocols
