What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will be: ✔ Reliable, punctual, and dependable ✔ Physically capable of demanding work in varying weather conditions ✔ Professional, respectful, and customer-service oriented ✔ Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team ✔ Detail-oriented with strong observation and communication skills ✔ Motivated to learn and develop new skills Experience in construction, janitorial, moving, maintenance, landscaping, property care, or manual labour is considered an asset — but is not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Preferred Qualifications (Assets) Applicants are strongly encouraged to possess: A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation OR the ability to coordinate transportation to and from job sites throughout the Columbia Valley and surrounding areas First Aid & CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain certification at the earliest opportunity) WHMIS Certification (or willingness to obtain certification at the earliest opportunity) Additional Requirements Professional references may be requested A Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Persons Check will be required Must be able to work safely and follow workplace safety procedures and expectations We are seeking individuals who are professional, dependable, motivated, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
