As a Painting Crew Leader / Working Foreman, you are more than a site lead. You are a mentor, a team builder, and a top-tier painter. You'll run job sites, communicate with homeowners, and lead by example while maintaining quality, safety, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Lead a small crew of painters on residential job sites
Actively paint and assist with prep, spraying, cutting, and rolling
Oversee job timelines, quality control, and daily site tasks
Maintain positive, professional interactions with clients
Uphold safety standards and train team members
Ensure jobs finish on time, on budget, and to Harbor's high standards

Qualifications

3 or more years of painting experience; crew leadership is a strong asset
Ability to provide references from past employers supporting your previous leadership role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lead and inspire a team
High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time position
Earning potential of CA$65,000 to CA$95,000 annually
