Nous recherchons un leader d’équipe, aire des caisses, énergique et axé sur le service à la clientèle pour soutenir les activités de l’avant du magasin et encadrer les associés. Dans ce rôle, vous contribuerez à offrir une expérience de magasinage exceptionnelle, à assurer une couverture adéquate aux caisses et à veiller à l’exécution efficace des tâches quotidiennes.

Tâches clés et principales responsabilités

Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle en accueillant les clients et en résolvant rapidement leurs préoccupations.
Aider à coordonner les priorités quotidiennes et à déléguer les tâches selon les directives du gérant adjoint et de l’équipe de gestion.
Superviser les activités aux caisses, au libre-service et au comptoir du service à la clientèle.
Animer les réunions d’équipe quotidiennes, communiquer les objectifs et suivre la productivité.
Réviser les horaires en collaboration avec le conseiller des ressources humaines.
Affecter les associés afin d’assurer une couverture adéquate et des temps d’attente réduits.
Observer le travail des associés, cerner les occasions de formation et offrir de l’encadrement.
Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, sécuritaire et exempt de dangers.
Effectuer les tâches administratives dans GPP et Workday et soutenir l’équipe de gestion.
Collaborer au recrutement, à l’intégration et au développement des nouveaux associés.

Qualifications

Expérience en leadership ou en supervision, un atout.
Expérience en commerce de détail ou en service à la clientèle, un atout.
Excellentes aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle et la communication.
Diplôme d’études secondaires, âgé de 16 ans ou plus, un atout.

Ce poste appuie les activités de leadership de l’aire des caisses de Walmart Canada et contribue à offrir un excellent service à la clientèle tout en assurant l’efficacité opérationnelle et le développement des associés.

Job Description
We are looking to hire an energetic and customer-focused Front End Team Lead to support front-end operations and help develop associates. In this role, you will help deliver an exceptional shopping experience, ensure proper cashier coverage, and support the efficient completion of daily tasks.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and resolving concerns promptly.
Help coordinate daily priorities and delegate tasks based on direction from the Assistant Manager and Store Management Team.
Oversee activities at the checkout lanes, self-checkouts, and customer service desk.
Lead daily team huddles, communicate goals, and track productivity.
Review schedules in partnership with the People Lead.
Assign associates to ensure proper coverage and minimize customer wait times.
Observe associates, identify training opportunities, and provide coaching and feedback.
Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
Complete administrative tasks in GPP and Workday and support store management.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing new associates.

Qualifications

Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Retail or customer service experience preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Secondary school graduate, age 16 or older preferred.

This role supports leadership of Walmart Canada’s Front End operations, helping ensure exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and associate development.
