Full job description

AULT est à la recherche d'un Commis à l'Expédition/Réception à temps plein pour notre succursale de Waterloo, QC. Les principales responsabilités du poste consistent à, mais ne sont pas limitées à:

Sommaire des responsabilités

Tenir des registres sécurisés des expéditions entrantes et sortantes
Utiliser le système pour s'assurer que l'inventaire est correctement tenu, les commandes de vente, les commandes d'achat, etc.
Emballer les matériaux pour les commandes des clients
Déballer les matériaux pour le réapprovisionnement des stocks
Assurer le contrôle de la qualité des marchandises en vérifiant les expéditions entrantes et sortantes
Programmer les expéditions entrantes et sortantes
Utiliser en toute sécurité les véhicules de l'entreprise : chariots élévateurs à fourche, 4x4, chargeur, etc.
Préparer et/ou approuver les documents d'expédition (c'est-à-dire les connaissements, les factures, etc.)
Signaler au superviseur tout stock ou équipement endommagé
Veiller à ce que toutes les mesures de sécurité soient respectées
Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sûr
Effectuer d'autres tâches à la demande de la direction.

Compétences recherchées

Être bilingue à l'oral et à l'écrit (un atout)
Détenir un diplôme d'études secondaires
Posséder un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience un poste similaire
Connaissance des systèmes ERP
Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
Souci du détail
Capacité à rester assis et/ou débout pendant de longues périodes
Capacité à soulever régulièrement des charges allant jusqu’à 70 lbs

AULT a company of Alta Equipment Group, is seeking a full-time Shipper/Receiver for our Waterloo, QC branch. The main responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:

Summary of responsibilities

Maintain secure records of inbound and outbound shipments
Use system to ensure inventory is properly maintained, sales orders, purchase orders, etc.
Pack materials for customer orders
Unpack materials for inventory replenishment
Ensure quality control of goods by checking incoming and outgoing shipments
Schedule incoming and outgoing shipments
Safely operate company vehicles: forklift, 4x4, loader, etc.
Prepare and/or approve shipping documents (i.e. bills of lading, invoices, etc.)
Report damaged stock or equipment to supervisor
Ensure that all safety measures are observed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform other duties as requested by management.

Skills required

Bilingual, written and spoken (an asset)
High school diploma
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position
Knowledge of ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Attention to detail
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
Ability to regularly lift loads up to 70lbs
