Summary:
We are offering a solo photographer or digital content creator the chance to operate a small, custom-renovated studio space in Farnham. This full-time role lets you run the space independently as a portrait/photo studio, content creation suite, or hybrid media business. You’ll manage all bookings and studio setup while being compensated with a stable base income plus a share of profits.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a small studio for photography (e.g. portraits, family, product shoots) or video/creative media
Maintain professional lighting, backdrops, and client experience
Handle appointment scheduling, editing, printing/file delivery
Market your services through local outreach and online platforms
Maintain a clean, quiet, professional environment

Qualifications:

Proven experience in photography, video, or content creation
Strong portfolio showcasing portrait, lifestyle, or commercial work
Familiar with editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, Final Cut, etc.)
Great communicator, good with clients 1-on-1
Comfortable managing small business operations independently
Bilingual French-English preferred

Ce rôle à temps plein vous permet de gérer l'espace indépendamment en tant que studio de portrait/photo, suite de création de contenu ou entreprise hybride de médias. Vous serez responsable de toutes les réservations et de l'aménagement du studio tout en étant rémunéré avec un revenu de base stable, ainsi qu'une part des bénéfices.

Responsabilités principales :

Exploiter un petit studio pour la photographie (par exemple, portraits, familles, séances photo de produits) ou la vidéo/médias créatifs
Maintenir un éclairage professionnel, des fonds et une expérience client de qualité
Gérer la planification des rendez-vous, l'édition, l'impression/la livraison des fichiers
Commercialiser vos services via des actions locales et des plateformes en ligne
Maintenir un environnement propre, calme et professionnel

Qualifications :

Expérience avérée en photographie, vidéo ou création de contenu
Portfolio solide mettant en valeur des travaux de portrait, lifestyle ou commerciaux
Connaissance des logiciels de retouche (Lightroom, Photoshop, Final Cut, etc.)
Excellente communication, à l'aise avec les clients en tête-à-tête
Confortable dans la gestion des opérations d'une petite entreprise de manière indépendante
Bilinguisme français-anglais préféré
