What this role demands:
A person of uncommon credibility. Someone growers trust not because of a brochure, but because of what they say — and how they say it, standing boot-deep in a demonstration plot at 7 in the morning.
You will own Northern Alberta. Build it. Grow it. Know every agronomist, every retailer, every progressive grower who still believes the best technology on earth has been there all along, waiting to be unlocked.
Field trials. Dealer relationships. Trade shows. The long drive home with a signed order and a handshake that means something.
A background in agronomy, agrology, crop production, technical sales, or farming. Experience with Canadian cropping systems. The kind of organization that doesn't require supervision — because you're the one who keeps everyone else honest.
