GRANDE PRAIRIE BRANCH MANAGER

Collicutt Energy Services is a solutions-driven engine company specializing in manufacturing, repair, overhaul, and maintenance across power generation, frac, and industrial engine systems. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, developing our people, and building lasting customer relationships.

We are currently seeking a Grande Prairie Branch Manager to lead our Grande Prairie operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the overall performance of the branch—including operations, customer satisfaction, employee development, financial performance, and business growth.

What you'll be doing

Lead the day-to-day operations of the Grande Prairie branch
Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and support staff
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting business growth
Monitor labour utilization, work-in-progress, scheduling, and branch performance
Review operational and financial metrics to improve productivity and profitability
Collaborate with Service, Parts, Operations, and Administration to ensure efficient branch operations
Champion a strong safety culture and operational excellence
Recruit, retain, and develop skilled employees while fostering a positive team environment

What you bring

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in frac repair, oilfield equipment repair, pressure pumping, oilfield service operations, or a related industrial environment
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive operational performance
Strong customer relationship and business development skills
Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making abilities
Strong understanding of labour planning, scheduling, and operational efficiency
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software

Preferred

Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician, Millwright, or related trade certification
Experience leading service or industrial operations
Experience managing budgets, labour utilization, and branch performance
Strong knowledge of oilfield service equipment and repair operations
