Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Hygiene Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing hygiene schedules and patient communication. Dental office experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the hygiene schedule
Coordinate patient appointments and recall system
Confirm appointments and manage cancellations
Communicate with patients regarding hygiene visits and treatment plans
Work closely with hygienists and the front desk team to maintain an efficient schedule
Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up systems

Qualifications

Previous dental office experience is required
Experience as a Hygiene Coordinator or similar dental administrative role preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with Gold dental software is a strong asset

Schedule

Monday to Friday
