We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sandblaster to join our team. Competitive wages offered. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating sandblasting equipment to remove paint, rust, and other materials from a variety of surfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work with precision and accuracy. Responsibilities:
- Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and refurbish metal surfaces and other materials.
- Follow safety procedures when using sandblasting equipment.
- Maintain and repair sandblasting equipment.
- Mix and prepare abrasive materials for sandblasting.
- Inspect surfaces to be sandblasted for defects or irregularities.
- Clean and prepare surfaces for painting or other treatments.
Skills:
- Time management: Motivated self starter able to work alone. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Hand tools: Proficiency in using various hand tools for sandblasting operations
- Rig: Ability to set up and operate sandblasting rig equipment
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate project updates

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
