Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Maintenance Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and safety across our facilities to ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, experience in cleaning and facilities maintenance, and a strong work ethic. This position offers flexible hours suitable for individuals looking to contribute to a well-maintained workspace.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Conduct deep cleaning tasks such as floor scrubbing, window washing, and carpet cleaning as needed
Maintain cleanliness of facilities by inspecting and addressing any cleanliness or safety issues promptly
Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas to ensure availability at all times
Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or reporting larger repairs to management
Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents or hazards
Keep detailed records of cleaning activities and supply usage for inventory purposes

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards
Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers or carpet cleaners is a plus
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
Good organizational skills to manage time effectively during shifts
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods

This position is ideal for individuals committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness in a environment. Applicants should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions carefully.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
