In close collaboration with internal stakeholders, the Bottega Image Manager is responsible for executing in-market brand strategy, leading consumer and trade activation, and managing investment to drive measurable growth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role works closely with Sales, Marketing, and the Bottega winery team to bring the brand to life.
This position is based in Ontario or Quebec and requires regular travel across Canada.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Lead execution of in-market strategy across the Bottega portfolio, ensuring strong brand presence across all channels
· Plan and execute consumer and trade marketing campaigns including retail programs, on-premise activations, and experiential events
· Manage and track A&P investment, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong return on investment
· Analyze performance of all campaigns and programs, providing clear post-program recaps and recommendations for optimization
· Develop and execute national and regional activation plans aligned with brand priorities and market opportunities
· Support the sales team with programming, tools, and in-market presence to drive distribution and velocity
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners including retailers, on-premise accounts, and industry influencers
· Coordinate tastings, events, winemaker visits, and brand activations to increase visibility and engagement
· Adapt global brand assets and campaigns for the Canadian market, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
· Develop point-of-sale materials, merchandising tools, and brand support assets
· Support PR, media, and influencer initiatives to enhance brand awareness and relevance
· Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify growth opportunities
· Support preparation of tender submissions and key customer presentations
· Collaborate with internal teams across sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of programs
· Prepare and deliver updates on program performance and market activity as required
· Other responsibilities as assigned
Position Requirements:
· Fluency in Italian is required
· Residence in Ontario or Quebec is required
· Self starter and highly motivated
· Elevated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint specifically)
· Ability to analyze and interpret data
· Creative and innovative approach to business
· Knowledge of brand marketing, design programs and an eye for simple design work
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to meet tight deadlines
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Strong presentation skills
· Wine 2-5 year industry experience
· Occasional traveling is required
· WSET 2, a drivers license and the ability to speak French are an asset
Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
