About the job:
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for candidates, clients, and visitors. You will play a critical role in managing front-desk responsibilities, supporting administrative functions, and assisting the recruitment team with essential office coordination tasks. This position requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Greet candidates, clients, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor

Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails

Maintain a clean and organized reception and common area

Assist with onboarding of new hires (e.g., online training, collecting documents from candidates etc.)

Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and mailing

Support Recruiters with interview scheduling and candidate coordination

Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
-
Coordinate courier and mail service
-
Work hours are Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
What you need:

1–3 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both official languages (French and English)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Advanced computer skills; experience with MS Office Suite and CRM

Ability to adapt to changing and competing priorities on a frequent basis

Team player with ability to prioritize workload, high integrity and initiative

Professional appearance and positive attitude
