Job Summary
We'd love to welcome an Esthetician to our team — someone with a genuine passion for skin health who's excited to specialize in Korean-style facials, peels, and medical-grade Korean skincare. Don't worry if this is new to you: we provide full training on our Korean facial protocols, peel techniques, and product lines, so no prior experience in this area is required. This is a client-based role, which means your schedule and pay grow right alongside your book of clients — a great fit for someone who wants to build genuine, lasting relationships around a specialized, results-driven treatment offering.
Our clients come to see you — not just the treatment. That means being comfortable in front of the camera and confident promoting yourself on social media matters here. We'll support you every step of the way with content direction and brand guidance, but a genuine willingness to be on screen and build your own presence is key to growing your client base.

What You'll Do
- Perform Korean-style facials, peels, and layered skin treatments tailored to each client's skin concerns
- Conduct in-depth skin consultations and design customized treatment plans and homecare regimens
- Educate clients on medical-grade Korean skincare, layering routines, and product pairing
- Appear confidently on camera for social media content (Reels, before/afters, treatment features) to help build your personal client following
- Maintain detailed, accurate client records and treatment documentation
- Uphold clinical hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Recommend and sell retail skincare products as part of an integrated treatment plan
- Collaborate with our laser, injectable, and physician teams for integrated care
What We're Looking For
- Certified/Licensed Esthetician (esthetics diploma or certificate required)
- Comfortable learning new protocols and treatment systems — training provided on all Korean facials, peels, and medical-grade skincare
- Confident on camera and comfortable promoting yourself on social media — clients come to see you
- Strong consultative and client communication skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Ability to build and retain a client base
