Full job description

*existing RIBO License is a mandatory requirement, candidates who do not have a RIBO license will not be considered for this role*

**this is a COMMISSION-only role and leads are NOT provided. If you are looking for a salaried position, this is not the role for you.

Responsibilities:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new products
- Prepare and present insurance quotes to potential clients
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure sales
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- RIBO license is required
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Knowledge of insurance products and sales administration processes
- Ability to effectively market insurance products to potential clients
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
