Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with customers, and keeping daily office operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Keep the company CRM updated with accurate and current customer and project information
Schedule and coordinate estimate appointments for customers
Communicate with customers by phone, email, and other channels
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Follow up with customers regarding appointments, estimates, and project-related questions
Prepare documents, forms, and other paperwork as required
Maintain organized customer and project records
Coordinate information between customers, project managers, and internal teams
Monitor schedules and make sure appointments and important information are properly recorded
Assist management and the office team with general administrative tasks
Help ensure that daily office operations run efficiently and that important tasks are followed up on

Qualifications

Previous experience in office administration, customer service, or a similar role for 1 year
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable communicating with customers professionally
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM systems, email, Microsoft Office, and other office software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Previous experience in construction, landscaping, home improvement, or a similar industry is an asset

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable dealing with customers. You should be someone who pays attention to details, follows up on tasks without constant supervision, and enjoys keeping information and schedules organized.

Pay: $39,520.00-$47,840.00 per year
