Now, if you were to come on board as our Full-Stack Developer , we’d ask you to do the following for us:

Help us implement standards, next-best practices for code quality and test coverage
Consider performance, usability & accessibility first

Work across the stack, rounding out your skillset or choosing a specialization
Ensure scalability and reliability in all decisions

Build your leadership skills within your team
This role includes participation in an on-call rotation to support the reliability of our systems. On-call is shared fairly across the team and supported with robust tooling.
You will have the opportunity to use the latest and greatest cloud and open-source technology in developing technology driven hospitality experiences for our customers and to provide self-service capabilities for non-technical groups
What we like to use: Vue, Typescript, trunk-based development, AWS CDK, TEMPLE principles for o11y, Serverless (npm), managed AWS services, feature flagging

Position Details:

Position Title: Software Engineer - Full Stack Developer
Salary: 100,000.00 - 120,000.00
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hybrid: 3 Days a Week (Toronto/Mississauga)

In accordance with provincial legislation and our commitment to transparent hiring practices, the compensation range for this position is provided. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Canadian work experience is not required. Please note that artificial intelligence tools are utilized in the applicant screening process.
