Full job description

Overview
Krown Rust Control is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team. This is a permanent, full -time position in a fast-paced automotive service environment. We are willing to train the right candidate who brings strong communication skills and a positive attitude. The Front Desk Clerk is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in maintaining Krown's high service standards. This role involves customer interaction, scheduling, billing and general administrative support.

Duties

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily workflow.
Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate billing records
Use Microsoft Word and Excel for forms , reports, and data entry.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office area, etc.
support technicians and management with administrative task as needed.
Uphold Krown's commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Automotive experience is an asset buy not required-training will be provided
willing to work some Saturdays

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
