Full job description

Propel Active Health & Lifestyle is a multidisciplinary health and fitness centre in Burlington, and we're looking for a talented kinesiology graduate or exercise professional to join our team. This is a chance to do real clinical rehabilitation work — not just fitness — alongside an experienced group of chiropractors and physiotherapists, with hands-on mentorship and genuine room to grow.

The role is part-time, with hours expanding this fall and beyond as our team grows. If you're energized by variety, take pride in your craft, and want to build something meaningful with a tight-knit team that takes its work seriously, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Deliver one-on-one and semi-private (2-on-1) personal training sessions
Carry out delegated rehabilitation programs under the direction of our chiropractic and physiotherapy team
Provide assisted stretching sessions
Design and lead group fitness classes
Conduct fitness and movement assessments and track client progress
Contribute to a positive, professional clinic culture

Schedule

Part-time hours, ~8 hours/week to start, growing this fall and as your caseload builds
Specific shifts discussed at interview

What We're Looking For

A degree or background in kinesiology, or experience as an exercise/fitness professional
Registration with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario (R.Kin) is an asset, but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you connect easily with people
Experience in, or strong interest in, rehabilitation (not just performance fitness)
Motivated, punctual, and coachable
Comfortable working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Able to reliably commute to our Burlington location
