We’re hiring!

Fallon Vision Group is looking for a motivated, personable, and dependable Optometric Assistant to join our team. This role requires flexibility to work between our Hamilton and Burlington locations.

If you’re enthusiastic about patient care and thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow alongside a respected and passionate optometry team.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide patients through testing and explain medical procedures clearly and confidently
Prepare exam rooms and assist the doctor during eye examinations
Conduct preliminary and preventative care testing
Educate patients on insurance coverage and benefits
Perform basic clinical tasks such as tonometry and contact lens fittings
Support general optical duties and assist with inventory management

Please note: This is an in-clinic position (no remote work available).

Requirements:

Previous experience in optometry or a medical clinic is required
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to work between both Hamilton and Burlington locations
Must have weekend availability
