Full job description

Job Summary

We're looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast paced environment. For this role you will lead paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn, with a strong focus on Meta Ads.

You'll build, launch, optimize and report on campaigns while testing audiences, creative, placements and strategies to improve performance.

Working closely with account managers and our creative team, you'll turn data into actionable insights, participate in client performance reviews, and continuously look for opportunities to improve results.

Duties

Design and implement comprehensive paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, etc. to maximize reach and engagement.
Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-impact search terms that align with campaign goals and target audiences.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of funds for maximum ROI while monitoring daily spend and adjusting bids as needed.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance, analyze user behaviour, and generate actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
Collaborate with marketing team and clients to align paid media strategies with overall brand messaging and promotional initiatives.
Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.

Skills

Strong understanding of SEO principles combined with expertise in managing paid search campaigns using Google AdWords (now Google Ads).
Proven experience with Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted social media campaigns.
Proficiency in keyword research tools and techniques to identify high-value search terms for paid campaigns.
Expertise in budgeting for digital marketing campaigns to ensure efficient use of advertising spend.
Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking website traffic, conversions, and campaign performance metrics.
Experience working within e-commerce environments or online retail sectors is highly desirable.
Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and present insights clearly to stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to adapt workflows as needed.
