What You’ll Be Doing

Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment
Execute preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs to production equipment
Install, service, and maintain production and plant equipment
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to complete maintenance tasks
Diagnose issues, repair or replace parts, test equipment, and make adjustments
Perform regular maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities
Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and material-handling equipment
Lubricate equipment components (conveyors, gear drives, pumps, motors) according to schedules and OEM specifications
Identify and report defective equipment or unusual conditions
Fabricate parts for repairs and equipment upgrades as needed
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Communicate effectively with production teams regarding maintenance activities
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
Support cross-training and assist in other roles as needed
Promote a positive company image while performing duties
Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For

Journeyperson certification in Millwright or a related trade preferred
Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience (oil & gas, manufacturing, or similar)
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Familiarity with CMMS systems is an asset
Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license required

Nice to Have

First Aid and H2S certifications
Experience with oilfield or bulk material handling equipment
Exposure to automation or PLC-controlled systems
