Growth Marketing Manager

Location: Guelph, Ontario

Reports to: CEO

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 + performance bonus

The Opportunity

Fill it Forward is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us identify new growth opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a stronger sales pipeline across our priority markets.

This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded, creative, and curious marketer who loves understanding customers, spotting opportunities, and turning ideas into measurable business results.

Working closely with Sales and Digital Marketing, you'll own our growth marketing strategy and stay close to the work—building campaigns, testing new ideas and channels, digging into the data, and continually finding better ways to reach, engage, and convert our ideal customers.

Success in this role means creating a repeatable growth engine that consistently generates qualified opportunities and contributes to revenue.

What You'll Own

Growth Strategy & Pipeline

Own marketing-generated qualified pipeline as the primary KPI for the role.
Identify new markets, audiences, customer segments, offers, and partnerships that could create meaningful growth.
Build growth strategies across corporate, academic, hospitality & tourism, and other priority markets.
Develop a deep understanding of why customers buy, and use those insights to identify new growth opportunities.
Identify patterns in our best customers and develop strategies to reach more organizations like them.

Campaigns & Experimentation

Turn market opportunities and customer insights into compelling campaigns.
Develop campaign concepts, messaging, offers, and calls to action.
Continually test new audiences, messages, offers, partnerships, and approaches.
When you see an opportunity, develop a hypothesis and find a practical way to test it.
Use results to determine what should be scaled, changed, or stopped.

Sales, Digital & Execution

Work closely with Sales to identify target accounts, customer insights, and emerging opportunities.
Partner with Digital Marketing on paid media, SEO, email, website, and conversion.
Bring together Sales, Digital Marketing, and creative resources to turn growth ideas into campaigns.
Track performance from campaign → lead → opportunity → pipeline → revenue.
Recommend where we should invest our marketing time, budget, and resources based on results.

How We'll Measure Success

Your primary KPI will be Marketing-Generated Qualified Pipeline.

We'll also measure:

Qualified leads and sales opportunities generated
Lead-to-opportunity conversion
Strategic account engagement
Marketing contribution to revenue
Campaign and experiment performance

What We're Looking For

3–5+ years of B2B marketing experience in building lead-generation, demand-generation, or growth campaigns.
Strong understanding of how Marketing contributes to the B2B sales funnel.
Commercial curiosity and a desire to understand why customers buy.
Strong writing, messaging, and campaign development skills.
Comfortable combining creativity with data and analytics.
Experience with digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Strong collaborator who enjoys working closely with Sales.

Experience with account-based marketing, hospitality, higher education, sustainability, or B2B technology would be an asset.
