Full job description

Clean Cut Energy is a growing, Guelph-based company looking for a reliable and trustworthy University or College student to perform utility meter readings, meter wire repair appointments and utility meter wiring at sites in the local area to Guelph, ON.

Hours: The position is part-time and work hours vary depending on need (days, evenings and weekends). Majority of work is booked during business hours Mon-Fri.

Pay: Pay is piece work with the opportunity to make $23/hr +

No direct experience necessary but some experience with manual labour, specifically in the construction field is needed. Training and equipment will be provided.

Requirements:

trustworthy and dependable
takes ownership of work / able to work independently
computer skills including spreadsheets / data entry
basic communication wiring skills (not required, training will be provided)
able to complete manual labour - technical / hands on aptitude
previous work experience in the construction sector
able to walk long distances in ALL weather conditions
professional and courteous manner
access to reliable vehicle with insurance
ability to read and record meter numbers accurately
Must reside in Guelph / Cambridge / Kitchener / Waterloo or immediate surrounding area
Flexibility to work weekdays
Valid Driver's Permit
good knowledge of local area
criminal background check and driving record
