What You’ll Do:

Provide Home, Auto, and Life Insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
Build and nurture relationships with local car dealerships, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and lawyers to expand your network.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, and hold value-driven conversations with potential and existing clients.
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries on policies, claims, and billing with a friendly, solutions-oriented approach.
Collaborate with the Agent and team to execute marketing strategies and achieve ambitious sales goals.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking self-driven, goal-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Here’s what makes a great fit for our team:

Min. 3 years customer service experience in Canada
Sales experience (inside/outside sales, retail, telemarketing) is preferred but not required.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Strong grasp of English language
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
Licenses: OTL and LLQP (preferred but not mandatory—we’ll sponsor the right candidate to get licensed).
