Full job description

Cardinal Clean is growing and we’re looking for a thorough, trustworthy, punctual, and

detail‑oriented cleaner to join our team as a subcontractor. If you take pride in doing things

properly, enjoy creating spotless spaces, and want consistent work with room to grow, you’ll fit right in.

This position is ideal for someone seeking 15–20 hours of work per week, who wants the

flexibility of having the rest of the day free, and who understands the importance of

confidentiality when working in client homes and workplaces.

Position Details

● Shift: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

● Days: 4 days per week (consistent schedule)

● Primary Work: Early‑morning commercial/office cleaning

● Additional Hours: Optional residential and post‑construction cleaning available

throughout the week

● Employment Type: Independent Subcontractor (not direct employee)

Requirements

● Must be able to work as an independent subcontractor (manage own taxes,

insurance, etc.)

● Availability from 6 AM–10 AM, four days per week

● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

● Ability to lift 20–30 lbs and perform physical tasks

● Experience in cleaning (commercial, janitorial, or construction) is an asset

● Police record check required

● Strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism

● Deliver high‑quality cleaning for commercial, residential, and construction clients

● Follow detailed cleaning checklists and uphold Cardinal Clean standards

● Maintain equipment and supplies responsibly

● Protect client privacy and handle all information with strict confidentiality
