Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
Operate POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and billing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; communicate needs for restocking promptly.
Follow all food safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or food service is required
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Jonas or similar platforms for order entry
Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and proper food handling procedures.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts smoothly without compromising service quality.
Understanding of food safety standards applicable to the food industry; certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a dynamic hospitality environment.
