Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Pharmacy Assistant / Clinic Receptionist to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing exceptional patient care, managing administrative duties, and supporting pharmacy operations within a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital or pharmacy environments, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate a commitment to patient well-being. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a vital healthcare service.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic health records as needed
Support pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing and inventory management
Assist with medication administration under supervision, adhering to safety protocols
Coordinate appointments and follow-up schedules for patients
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards
Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing patient inquiries

Skills

Prior experience in hospital or healthcare settings preferred
Pharmacy technician experience is highly desirable
Excellent patient care skills with compassionate communication abilities
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

This role is essential in supporting both the administrative functions and clinical services of our addiction treatment facility. We value candidates who are committed to providing high-quality patient care while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
