Full job description

We are looking for a Butchery Production Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Butchers with the preparation and cutting of meat products, ensuring that all safety and hygiene regulations are met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for butchery, excellent knife skills, and the ability to work quickly and accurately while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

Making Sausage, bacon, stock and other prepared products
Prepare and package meat products for sale.
Ensure that all products are properly labeled and stored according to food safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
Maintain accurate records of product inventory and sales.
Operate meat cutting equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
