About the Role

We're looking for experienced Red Seal Electricians with strong skills in one or more of the following:

High-end custom homes
Residential service work and service upgrades
Standby generator installations and service
Solar installations
Light commercial electrical projects

You'll work alongside a highly skilled team delivering quality workmanship while providing an exceptional experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial electrical systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical specifications.
Plan and complete installations in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code.
Install and service electrical equipment including panels, generators, lighting, wiring, and related systems.
Test electrical systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Mentor and support apprentices, helping develop the next generation of electricians.
Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
Deliver outstanding customer service on every project.

Qualifications

Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician
Minimum 5 years of licensed electrical experience
Strong residential electrical experience
Experience leading commercial jobs is an asset
Thorough knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record
