Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and hospitality management with a minimum 5 years experience , with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a leader who can effectively manage staff, maintain high standards of food quality, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a strong team.
Implement and maintain food safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes to ensure adequate supply of food and beverages.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service quality.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
Utilize POS systems for efficient transaction processing and reporting.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.

Experience

Proven experience in restaurant management operations is essential.
Previous application of Alcohol and Gaming rules and regulations
Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
Experience with POS systems is highly desirable.
Previous roles in supervising or interviewing staff will be advantageous.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
Background in bartending or related hospitality services is a plus.
