Full job description

Our company is looking for great people like you to be Steel Stud Framers for our job sites in Halifax and surrounding areas. You’ll have steady, reliable work with a growing company and opportunities to learn new skills on large-scale projects. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Competitive wage: $20.00-$35.00/hour
2 weeks of vacation time

SCHEDULE

Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 4:00 pm

DUTIES

Measure, cut, and assemble steel studs and framing components for walls, ceilings, etc.
Understand and follow construction blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment
Maintain a clean work environment
Comply with all safety policies

REQUIREMENTS

1 year of steel stud framing experience
Safety equipment: steel-toe footwear, hard hat, high-vis vest, gloves, etc.
Tools: tool pouch, screw gun, impactor, laser level, hammer, tape measure, etc.
Comfortable with physically demanding work, construction sites, loud noises, dust, outdoor work
