We’re hiring Red Seal Technicians and Apprentice Technicians who are ready to go full throttle into a rewarding career built on respect, growth, and recognition.

For Red Seal Technicians:

Hourly Wage: Up to $37 per hour with a Flat Rate compensation structure, tailored to your experience, certification and efficiency.

Income Guarantee: Biweekly minimum guarantee

Performance Incentive Program:

Every hour you work = $$$ banked in your Personal Incentive Bank
It grows year after year
Automatic yearly payouts – just for doing your job!

Our goal is simple:   Turn motivated apprentices into confident Red Seal pros.

Hourly Wage:  Up to $30.75 per hour
