Job Overview:
This position will report directly to the President. As the Sales Support Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting the sales team and working collaboratively with internal departments to deliver timely and high-quality service to customers. This role provides administrative and coordination support to the sales department through a variety of responsibilities. Your efforts will enable the company to ensure sales functions are managed efficiently, accurately and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, tender responses, proposals, order acknowledgments and other sales related documentation.
- Maintain accurate sales data and records within CRM (Salesforce), ERP (MRP Easy) and internal filing systems.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and distributors.
- Provide additional support throughout the order fulfillment process and related sales administrative tasks.
- Assist with inbound and outbound shipments including domestic and international.
- Oversee branding materials and maintain digital content operations including company’s website and social media platforms.
- Manage incoming calls, emails and general correspondence.
- Coordinate customer visits, tradeshows and travel arrangements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A relevant Post-Secondary Program or equivalent work experience. Two (2) years of experience in a similar role is considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Previous experience working with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (MRP Easy) systems is a bonus.
- Experience with documentation and processes related to domestic and international shipments is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High self-motivated, proactive, hands-on skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally when required.
- Must be able to complete and maintain Canadian Controlled Goods, Industrial Security, and other security clearances as required for company business.
