Full job description

We are the market leader in Southern Ontario for manufacturing custom wood trim and wood doors. We have been in business for over 25 years, and we have grown into a prominent company in our industry servicing our clients locally as well as internationally.

Duties:

Experience in wooden door sanding & QC required;
Study plans, specifications or drawings of articles to be made,
Operate advanced sanding machines and use hand tools to sand, clean and prep product for shipment and or priming
Assist in door production with sanding of door components as directed by schedule;
Ensure standards for safe working conditions are observed.

Qualifications:

Experience in solid wood door making experience is an asset
Comfortable with hand tools
Dedication to safety and safe practice;
A team player that can model excellent work ethic;
Good communication skills; written and verbal
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
Ability to demonstrate sense of urgency when required
Ability to work independently with little supervision;
