Job Posting: Medical Chiropractic Receptionist (Full-Time) - Immediate Start Available

Since 1950, Stevenson Chiropractic and Wellness has been a trusted name in health and wellness, proudly serving the Hamilton community for three generations. Our family-run practice is built on a foundation of care, expertise, and a commitment to helping our patients achieve their best health. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Chiropractic Receptionist to join our team.

Position Details

Hours: 35–40 hours per week
Pay: $20/hour (increasing to $25/hour after successful completion of a 3-month probation period)
Start Date: Immediate
Benefits: Available after 3 months
Vacation: 2 weeks annually

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Schedule appointments, ensuring proper timing and availability for both patients and providers.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries.
Assist with billing, insurance claims, and payments.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Perform administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and managing office supplies.
Manage patient flow and ensure the clinic runs on time.
Assist with processing WSIB and MVA claims.
Provide general support to Chiropractors and other clinic staff as needed.

Qualifications

Experience with WSIB and MVA billing is required
Previous experience in a medical, chiropractic, or rehabilitation clinic preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with scheduling software and basic office systems
