Floral Delivery Driver – Bloom & Resolve (Dundas, ON) | Pls read the job post, apply only if you are availabe and willing to do it frequently. ( Starting soon)

Compensation: $10 CAD flat per delivery (2–5 deliveries per run = $20–$50 per trip + All the tips go to driver if there are any)
Vehicle Required: Clean Sedan
Employment Type: Independent Contractor
Availability: On-demand | 2-hour notice | Multiple daily time slots

You're not just delivering flowers, you're delivering someone's best moment. We need a driver who takes that seriously.

About the Role

Pickup from: Bloom & Resolve, 58 King St E, Dundas, ON L9H 1B8
Delivery area: Dundas & surrounding areas within 30km radius
3 daily delivery windows: Early Noon | Noon | Evening
2–5 arrangements per run | On-demand with 2-hour notice
Consistent daily opportunities for reliable drivers

Responsibilities

Pick up floral arrangements from the shop with care
Deliver arrangements in full, fresh, and pristine condition, no exceptions
Handle all flowers upright, secured, and away from heat or direct sunlight
Present yourself professionally at every door, you represent the brand
Confirm delivery and communicate with dispatch if recipient is unavailable
Follow delivery instructions accurately for every order

Flower Handling Protocols

Keep arrangements upright and stable at all times during transport
Never leave flowers in a hot vehicle, temperature matters
Protect arrangements from wind, tipping, and direct sunlight
Deliver with both hands, treat every bouquet as if it's yours

Requirements

Clean, presentable Sedan in professional condition
Valid driver's license + clean driving record
Active auto insurance
Smartphone with data for navigation and dispatch communication
Professional appearance — you are the face of Bloom & Resolve
Strong customer service mindset, warm, friendly, and solutions-oriented
Reliable, punctual, and available on short notice (2-hour call-out)

Pay

$10 CAD flat per delivery
2–5 deliveries per run = $20–$50 per trip + tips (if any)
Multiple runs available daily across three time slots
Consistent opportunity for dependable drivers

Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour
