Outside Sales Closer (HVAC) — Commission-Only, High Performance Role

Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and dependable Outside Sales Closer to attend pre-booked, pre-qualified homeowner appointments and guide customers through the purchase of a new heating and cooling system (furnace, A/C, heat pump).
This position does not involve cold calling or lead generation. Appointments are provided. Your responsibility is to represent the company professionally, conduct the appointment efficiently, and close sales.
This role is best suited for individuals who are confident in face-to-face selling, take personal accountability seriously, and are motivated by high commission potential. We are specifically looking for candidates who demonstrate reliability, consistency, and a strong work ethic.

If you are not able to reliably attend appointments, follow process, and maintain a professional standard with homeowners, this role will not be a fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled homeowner appointments
- Conduct a basic on-site assessment of the customer’s existing HVAC system
- Present and explain replacement and upgrade options clearly and confidently
- Communicate pricing, installation timelines, warranties, and financing (if applicable)
- Travel as required, including long-distance driving (up to 2 hours)
- Address homeowner questions and objections professionally
- Close sales and guide customers through next steps after purchase
- Support the customer through the installation process and ensure a smooth handoff
- Complete post-installation follow-up to confirm customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM (training provided)
Mandatory Requirements
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Located in Southern Ontario
- Valid driver’s license (G2 or G)
- Reliable, operational vehicle
- Willingness to drive daily and cover a wide service territory
- Strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Professional appearance and customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily appointment schedule
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Prior commission-based closing experience (D2D or B2C)
- Basic familiarity with HVAC systems (training available for the right candidate)
Compensation & Opportunity
This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential.

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
