Full job description

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Youth Soccer Coach to support our head coaches in delivering high-quality training sessions and game-day support. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow in coaching while working in a positive and development-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Coach in planning and running training sessions
Support players during practices and games
Help set up and organize equipment and drills
Provide encouragement and guidance to players
Promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
Ensure a safe and inclusive environment
Communicate with coaching staff and follow club guidelines

Qualifications:

Soccer playing experience (coaching experience is an asset)
Interest in developing coaching skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Positive attitude and energy when working with youth
Reliable and punctual

Certifications

Entry-level coaching certifications (Canada Soccer)
Vulnerable Sector Check

Schedule:

Evening practices (2–3 times per week)
Weekend games

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience
