Zenetec has been a trusted name in collision repair for over 30 years, with multiple locations across Ontario and a reputation for quality, integrity, and exceptional customer service. We are currently recruiting for Collision Repair Estimators across our Barrie, Aurora, and Keswick locations.
What You'll Do
- Assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates while identifying opportunities to generate collision repair business.
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the repair process.
- Prepare and explain repair estimates and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Work closely with Collision Technicians to ensure repair plans are clearly communicated and repairs are completed efficiently and to quality standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and professionally resolve customer concerns when required.
- Contribute to monthly sales and performance objectives.
- Collaborate with team members, mentor apprentices where appropriate, and assist with problem-solving.
- Participate in team meetings, company initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
- Support the Operations Manager in implementing new processes and attend ongoing training to enhance performance.
- Assist and provide coverage for the Repair Planner role as required.
What You'll Bring
- Previous collision repair estimating experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build relationships and generate business.
- Ability to work independently while adapting to a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Valid Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record.

Don't have estimating experience?
While we prefer candidates with collision estimating experience, we are also open to training the right individual who demonstrates strong customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for the automotive industry.
