At Exalt Plumbing Inc., we aren’t a "splash and dash" production shop. We don’t do minimum-standard installs, and we don’t chase "quantity over quality." While we’re known for high-end custom homes, we also tackle light commercial projects, high-level service work, and sophisticated water treatment systems.

The Role: The Technical Pro

We’re looking for a Licensed Journeyperson who thrives on variety and hates "hack jobs." You won't be doing the same cookie-cutter floor plan every day.

You’re a fit if:

You’re Versatile: You can pivot from a complex residential rough-in to a light commercial install or a technical water treatment setup without breaking a sweat.
You’re a Thinker: You see a blueprint or a service issue and immediately start visualizing the cleanest path to a solution.
You’re an Artist: You take "Instagram-worthy" photos of your mechanical rooms before the client even sees them.
You’re a Pro: You can talk shop with builders, business owners, and designers while keeping your cool.

What You’ll Be Owning

The Full Spectrum: Executing everything from high-end residential trims to light commercial systems and advanced water filtration.
Problem Solving: Diagnosing complex service issues and providing code-compliant, elegant solutions.
Collaboration: Working alongside other top-tier trades who actually respect what you do.
The Standards: Maintaining an organized van, top-tier tools, and a workspace that reflects your pride in the craft.
