JOB TITLE: Account Manager (Logistics)
LOCATION: Burlington, ON
SALARY RANGE: $55,000–$60,000 + Monthly Bonus/Commission

What Will You Do?

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as their primary point of contact
Build trusted, long-term relationships by understanding each customer’s business and logistics needs
Coordinate and track shipments from pickup through delivery
Respond quickly to schedule changes, service disruptions and time-sensitive requests
Prepare competitive pricing and transportation quotes
Dispatch and communicate with carriers and logistics service providers
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure shipments run smoothly
Provide customers with accurate, proactive updates throughout the transportation process
Resolve service issues with urgency, professionalism and sound judgment
Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and grow existing accounts
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by treating each customer’s business as your own

What Do You Bring?

Previous experience in customer service, account management, sales support or a related customer-facing position
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Strong judgment, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Natural relationship-building skills and a genuine commitment to customer success
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Confidence handling unexpected challenges and changing customer requirements
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage or supply chain is considered a strong asset
