With our focus on Quality, Value, and Legendary Customer Care, our Centers are devoted to building strong and lasting relationships with our dentists and their team members. We are looking for a quality-focused, high energy, and well organized Dental Lab Technician to join our Essex Quantum Dental Laboratory in Windsor, ON Canada.

*Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000 CAD, after 120 days of continuous employment.*

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:

Construct, adjust, and repair full and partial dentures and implant-supported removable appliances from complex prescriptions
Ability to read prescriptions or specifications from clients/doctors and examine dental models or impressions to determine the design of the product to be fabricated
Inspect finished prosthetics for precise occlusion, vertical dimension, aesthetics, and fit before final delivery
Communicate via phone or in person regarding challenging cases, specialized and custom modifications.
Train, guide, and mentor other techs on advanced removable techniques to meet desired standards
All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications:

5-10+ years’ experience in a denture technician role, with deep knowledge and understanding of all aspects of removable prosthetics including partial, flexible partials, cast partial dentures and repairs/relines
Experience with digital denture workflows and CAD/CAM technologies preferred
Strong communication and problem solving abilities.
High level of attention to detail with exceptional quality standards
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift weights up to 20 lbs.
Team player with willingness to learn new responsibilities
High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in dental technology preferred
