Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Customer Service/Office Administrator to join our team. Based out of our Chilliwack office, this role supports both customer service functions and general office administration. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Experience in the construction industry and/or administrative support is considered a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Duties

Respond to inbound calls and emails from existing and potential customers
Make outbound calls to follow up with clients or provide updates
Set up new sites and client details in the company database (CRM)
Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-through

Office Administration Duties

Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage email correspondence
Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure the office remains well-stocked and organized
Schedule meetings and appointments for team members
Handle data entry, filing, and general record keeping
Assist with coordinating external vendors and service providers
Support day-to-day office functions and contribute to a clean and tidy workspace
Take on special projects or other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
2+ years of customer service or administrative experience
Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Google Suite
Experience with CRM systems and fast-paced office environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain detail-oriented under pressure
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle sensitive information professionally
