**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Cannabis Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cannabis industry and providing exceptional customer service. This position involves assisting customers with product selection, offering guidance on strains, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Part-time hours (evenings and weekends).
**Duties:**
- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide information on different strains, potency, and usage recommendations
- Maintain knowledge of current cannabis products available
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Keep the dispensary clean and organized
**Skills:**
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently
- Proficiency in computerized systems for sales transactions
- Basic knowledge of Excel for inventory tracking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Familiarity with office procedures for documentation and record-keeping
- Leadership qualities to guide customers through product options
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
- Ability to file and organize product information effectively
- Experience in retail sales is a plus
