Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for all visitors. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hotel setting, providing excellent service and contributing to guest satisfaction. Prior experience in hospitality or custodial work is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
Ensure all public areas and corridors are tidy and well-maintained
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
Follow safety and sanitation protocols to uphold hygiene standards
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude toward guests and team members
Adhere to scheduling requirements and complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes

Experience

Previous experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required. We are willing to train.
Familiarity with hospitality standards and industrial cleaning practices is a plus
Experience in custodial or industrial cleaning environments can be advantageous
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward guest service
