What You'll Bring:

Minimum 2 years' leadership experience in a similar role.
Strong communication, coaching and people leadership skills.
Experience managing sales, labour and operating costs.
Understanding of profit and loss statements and key business metrics.
Basic HR knowledge, including coaching and employee relations.
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and email).
High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
